5 Classic Stress Symptoms To Know

There are many people in this world that are living with day to day stress as a part of life. With the current life that demands and expects so much, people are getting trapped in deadlines and pressure. Sometimes stress can be considered a good thing because it makes the person productive but can prove to be life-threatening when it takes a drastically dreadful turn.   1. Sleep problems/insomnia

This is a very well known sign of overpowering stress in life. If you are suffering from strain you will either find it difficult to sleep in normal time or would experience a lot of breaks in the overall sleep. Basically it happens due to the transmission of signals from the body to the mind that interrupt the normal sleep. With stress, the person is seen to be getting a sleep of 3-5 hours per day. The persistency of this disturbance should give a warning signal for stress.

In the state of stress, the person experiences several unexplained body and muscle pains regularly. The common problem areas would be legs, neck, shoulders and head. Increased pain is also known to be an increase in stress and the cycle goes on like that.

These stress symptoms are quite known to be associated with several stressors. In this condition the person either feels loss of appetite or increased hunger. The fluctuating appetite is quite noticeable and is accompanied by diarrhea and other digestive problems. Apart from this, the stress also leads to ulcers and increased acidity in the stomach.

This is a behavioral symptom of stress that is quite naturally seen in every stress affected person. As the condition is related to the mind, it interferes in the normal behavior. The stressed individual is seen to be carrying bad temper. They also prefer to be isolated from the world while being in stress. The opposite also happens where they feel the imposed isolation from the world. When the stress gets out of normal range the person is distressed and lonely.

  1. Unexplained fatigue

Exhausted mind leads to exhausted body that leads to fatigue which is grown out of disbalance. Stress can be treated medically but the best treatment is self treatment including inspiration and will power.
