This chaotic or the panic like situation is then combined with a little of fear and worry. The end result of this is what is termed as anxiety. The effects of this sensation take different forms in different individuals. For instance, a few might experience a kind of squeezing in their chests, whereas in the case of a few others it might be a rush of icy water through their abdomens. It has the capability to bring about panic attacks as well as breathlessness in individuals. The effects that have been mentioned here are only a few of the important ones.
