A great way to say goodbye to worries and anxiety (in Denmark it’s called undgå angst) is to focus your mind on all the good things. Ignore whatever bad thing that happens in life and always hope for the best. Allow yourself to wish, dream, love and care for everything that belongs to you. Finally, forgive those who do wrong things to you. It is the key to peace of mind and happiness, and at the end of the day it will indeed be you reaping all the benefits.
